TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Campaign Period

The promotion is valid from 11 May 2026 to 31 July 2026, both dates inclusive.
Two (2) lucky winners will be selected on 22 June 2026, with another two (2) lucky winners selected on 31 July 2026.

2. Eligibility

  • Open to all individuals aged 18 years and above.

  • Employees of Parisilk, its affiliates, partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

3. Qualifying Purchases

  • Valid for in-store retail purchases only at:

    • Holland Village (Flagship)

    • East Coast

    • Nee Soon outlets

  • The following purchases are not eligible:

    • Online purchases

    • Corporate or bulk purchases

    • Wholesale transactions

    • Staff purchases

4. Lucky Draw Mechanics

4.1 Beverage Fridge Draw

  • Customers receive one (1) entry for every $300 spent in a single receipt.

  • Multiple entries are allowed based on total spend per receipt
    (e.g. $900 = 3 entries).

  • All qualifying spend must be in one single receipt.

  • Combining or accumulating receipts is not allowed.

4.2 Monthly Grand Prize Draw

  • Customers who spend $3000 or more in a single receipt qualify.

  • Each qualifying receipt = one (1) entry.

  • Splitting or combining receipts is strictly prohibited.

5. Entry Submission

  • Submit entries via:

  • Required details:

    • Full Name

    • Last 4 digits of NRIC/ID

    • Contact Number

    • Email Address

    • Date of Purchase

    • Amount Spent

    • Receipt Number

    • Outlet Purchased From

  • Each receipt may only be submitted once.

  • Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

  • Entries must be submitted within 7 days from purchase date.

  • Parisilk reserves the right to request the original receipt for verification.

6. Prizes

  • Monthly Grand Prize:

    • One (1) 65” LG 4K Smart TV per month

  • Monthly Secondary Prize:

    • One (1) 90L Beverage Fridge per month

  • All prizes are:

    • Non-transferable

    • Non-exchangeable

    • Not redeemable for cash

7. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Two (2) lucky winners will be selected on 22 June 2026, and another two (2) lucky winners will be selected on 31 July 2026.
  • Winners will be notified within seven (7) days from the respective draw dates.
  • If a winner is unreachable or fails to respond within the stipulated period, Parisilk reserves the right to select a replacement winner.

8. Prize Collection

  • Winners must present:

    • Original receipt

    • Valid identification

  • Prizes must be collected within 30 days, otherwise they may be forfeited.

9. Publicity Consent

Winners agree to the use of their name and likeness for marketing and promotional purposes.

10. Data Protection (PDPA)

By participating, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data for:

  • Campaign administration

  • Marketing purposes

11. General Terms

  • Parisilk reserves the right to:

    • Amend campaign mechanics

    • Replace prizes without prior notice

  • Parisilk may disqualify any participant for:

    • Breach of terms

    • Fraudulent activity

  • All decisions made by Parisilk are final.

12. Other Conditions

  • Not valid with other promotions unless stated.

  • Receipt splitting is strictly prohibited.

  • All entries are subject to verification.
